Job Description:

Meow Wolf is a social impact art project that fuels a business, and a business that fuels a social impact art project. We create immersive and interactive experiences that transport audiences into fantastic realms of story and exploration.

The Security Officer assists the Safety & Security Manager and Assistant Manager, Security in providing a safe and secure work environment. Promotes good working relations through courteous, helpful, and professional contact with employees, guests, and vendors/contractors. Responsible for securing the premises and personnel by patrolling and inspecting inside and outside of the exhibit, protecting against fire, theft, vandalism, employee/ guest injury, illegal activity and/or inappropriate guest/employee activity in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

How you will do it...

  • Support security activities to safeguard Company assets, employees, guests, and visitors.

  • Maintain a daily positive interaction with guests and employees.

  • Respond to incidents to include, but not limited to medical, Company Code of Conduct violation by guest, and alcohol/drug in nature.

  • Complete daily reports, incident reports, supplemental reports, and other written/electronic documentation as required.

  • Escort employees and security vendors for money pickups and drop-offs.

To be successful in this role...

  • Proficient in English; verbal and writing.

  • Have full and open availability to work any shift to include nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills.

  • Customer service driven with outstanding communication and active listening skills.
