THE JOB

We're adding to our Box Office team and are searching for individuals to fill several Box Office Agent roles in the Denver area to service primarily the JUNKYARD as well as various events and other venues as needed. This role requires flexibility with scheduling and is a part-time occasional position, based on event requirements.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Ensure compliance of Live Nation cash handling policies and procedures
  • Balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales
  • Prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service
  • Facilitate night of show Will Call & Guest List Operations
  • Troubleshooting night of show issues (Transfers, barcodes, account issues, etc.)
  • Work with Guest Services/Operations on any ADA requirements
  • Providing knowledge of upcoming events & upgrades available
  • Knowledgeable on the events culture and genre
  • Providing positive energy

Other Responsibilities

  • Daily operations on Ticketmaster host system for sales and other tasks.
  • Following opening and closing shift procedures
  • Follow standards and processes for ticket types, ancillary events and qualifiers
  • Ensure compliance with ADA ticket laws

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

Required:

  • Knowledge of Cash Handling
  • Knowledge of In Person Customer Service
  • Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) as well as Point Of Sales systems
  • Flexible schedule (days/nights, weekends and holidays)
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
  • Ability to communicate, work well with others, work in a high-volume and sometimes stressful environment
  • High School Diploma

Preferred:

  • Attention to detail in a multi-tasked environment
  • Knowledge of ticket sales and previous Ticketing experience
  • Experience in working in live entertainment operations
  • Ticketmaster host system experience
  • Experience in identifying counterfeit cash / ID's
  • Working knowledge of Windows based PC programs

Physical Demands/Working Environment:

  • Working environment is fast-paced and semi exposed to outdoor elements
  • Position requires repetitive use of arms/hands for typing
