With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Manager to join our team at the Atlanta International Airport - Domestic Terminal. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and janitorial supervision. This role also consists of overseeing the daily operation over variable shifts as well as some administrative functions to support daily operations and employee management.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Manager to join our team at the Atlanta International Airport - Domestic Terminal. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and janitorial supervision. This role also consists of overseeing daily operations over variable shifts as well as some administrative functions to support daily operations and employee management. This is an on-site position at the Atlanta airport. The candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all shifts activities and assist with first, second, and third shift operations in a 24 hour a day operation.
  • Manage scheduling and overtime

  • Assist in supervising daily janitorial operations, concourses, and restrooms.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with airport standards, and safety protocols.

  • Manage employee onboarding using UKG, badging process, safety training and ongoing skills development.

  • Perform Quality Assurance checks as needed.

  • Ensure all service delivery meets or exceeds airport and contract standards.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with airport personnel, and contractors.
  • Assist supervisors and staff in performing hands on cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adjusting work hours or shift as required to complete projects or cover absences.
  • Assist in reviewing and correcting payroll as needed.

Requirements
  • Strong communication, organizational, supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook (Email), Word, and Excel.

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages) a plus.
  • 2-3 years management experience in an operations role.
  • Experience in janitorial, facility maintenance, or housekeeping operations a plus.

Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to walk job sites, perform inspections, and lift/move supplies as required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
