We are currentlyseekinganOperations Team Leeto join our team. As an Operations TeamLeadyou’llbe an integral part of our branch frontline leadership team! Candidates must havehighly-developedcommunication skills anddemonstratestrong leadership by leading and influencing through positiveexample. Primary responsibilities include overseeing route drivers and deliveries to homes and businesses, improving productivity, and streamlining branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance.

Reporting Location:Norton, MA

Schedule:Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time:Between 6 am - 7 am until workload completed

Responsibilities
  • Support branch leadership on all branch operations and ensure an efficient operation on a day-to-day basis

  • Improve productivity and streamline branch activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance

  • Support the team with decisions and help when needed; communicate and activelyparticipatewithin the team; problem solve and manage conflict within the team; provide coaching/feedback whereappropriate; train new hires; coach/teach upselling techniques

  • Behave in a way that ensures safety for yourself and others by operating vehicles in safe and responsible manner; complete DOTrequireddocumentation daily; follow defined safe work practices; take ownership of personal safety, and that ofcoworkersand the public

  • Support with daily branch closing activities, driver execution reviews, and team meetings as needed

  • Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by coaching team members on effective language and techniques for upselling products

  • Available for route coverage and flexible work hours as needed based on business needs

  • Collaborate with the Operational Leader to develop and implement strategies for improved customer service

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to secure and/ormaintaina CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement(for applicable CDL positions)

  • Primo Brandsis a certified CDL provider and canassistyou with obtaining your Class B CDLwhere available.

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role overseeing a team of employees is preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel,Outlookand Power BI is preferred

  • Ability to lift and carry an average of 250+ units per day, each weighing up to 60 lbs., using product handling tools asappropriate, with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting,pushingand pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to climb in and out of a commercial vehicle on average40-55times per day

  • Ability to work an average45-hourweek or more, including variable start/end times

  • Must have the ability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working forPrimoBrands

  • Must possess a clean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years, that you’ve only had 1 license, no driving-related suspension, revocation or cancellation, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 moving violations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal to test, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, or at-fault fatal accident

  • Must be 21 years of age or older (DOT requirement)
