As we continue to grow, we're looking to bring on 1-2 dedicated and driven Licensed Agents to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, licensed insurance professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, outgoing, and passionate about educating and guiding clients through their insurance and retirement planning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with prospective and existing clients to provide personalized insurance and retirement solutions
  • Present and recommend products, including life insurance, annuities, and long-term care options
  • Follow our proven systems and processes while contributing your own strengths and insights
  • Participate in regular team meetings at our Redlands office (must be local to the Inland Empire)
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management with clients

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed Life Insurance Agent
  • Certified in Annuities and Long-Term Care
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales
  • Local to the Inland Empire and able to work on-site in Redlands on a regular basis
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work setup (in-office + remote)
