Job description

Job Title: Army Vantage Field Service Representative (FSR)
Position Description: SHINE Systems is seeking an experienced Army Vantage Field Service Representative (FSR) to support a federal enterprise modernization and operational integration effort within a Department of Defense environment.
Note: This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract. We are currently building a team of qualified candidates to be proposed for this upcoming project.
Compensation & Pay Scale: Salary Range: $55,000 to $155,000
Determination: The final salary offered will be a good faith estimate based on the awarded contract funding and the selected candidate's experience, education, and geographic location.
This position is ideal for a highly capable, customer-facing professional who thrives at the intersection of operational problem solving, data integration, workflow modernization, and user adoption. The selected candidate will work directly with Government stakeholders, workflow owners, and enterprise support teams to help transition operational processes into integrated enterprise data environments leveraging Army Vantage and Microsoft ecosystem technologies.
This is not a traditional help desk role. The ideal candidate must be proactive, technically capable, operationally mature, and comfortable operating independently in high-visibility operational environments.
Requirements & Desired:
Required:
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Army Vantage
  • Experience delivering user training and communicating technical concepts to operational audiences
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work independently within fast-paced operational environments
  • Familiarity with Army organizational structures and cross-functional coordination environments
  • Active Public Trust security clearance or ability to obtain

Desired:
  • Prior experience as a Palantir FSR
  • Experience supporting data integration, dashboard development, workflow modernization, or enterprise platform adoption efforts
  • Familiarity with DoD personnel, readiness, or operational data environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise tools including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Experience supporting enterprise modernization or digital transformation initiatives
  • Project management or team leadership experience
  • Experience supporting contract level reporting and operational decision support functions
Former military, Government civilian, or contractor experience within DoD operational environments
