Job description

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Part-Time Human Service Worker at our Vantage Point Provo youth crisis shelter in Provo, Utah. In this rewarding role, you'll provide direct support, supervision, and guidance to youth ages 10–17 who are experiencing challenges such as family conflict, emotional distress, mental health concerns, trauma-related behaviors, housing instability, or other crises impacting their well-being. As part of a dedicated team, you'll help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment where youth and families can find stability, hope, and connection to resources during difficult times. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in behavioral health, social services, crisis intervention, or working with youth, with a competitive pay range of $17.50–$22.17/hour and opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience in a fast-paced, meaningful setting.

Spanish speaker preferred but not required. 

Schedule: Sunday-Saturday, Hours are Varied 
Compensation: $17.50 –$22.17 DOE

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing.
