Job Opening: Human Resources Generalist II (Experienced Level)
Location: Scottsboro, AL (on-site)
Status: Salary/Full-Time

Role Summary
This role is an experienced HR professional responsible for independently managing core HR processes and advising leaders on people-related matters. The HR Generalist II partners with operational leadership to support employee relations, performance management, and consistent team member experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes including job postings, candidate communication, and hiring coordination
  • Lead onboarding programs and continuously improve the new hire experience
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accuracy and compliance of employee records
  • Serve as a primary resource for team members by interpreting policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Advise and support leaders on employee relations matters, including coaching, documentation, and issue resolution
  • Support and guide performance management processes, including tracking reviews and advising on feedback practices
  • Ensure HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws
  • Partner with leaders to support staffing plans, workforce needs, and team development
  • Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
