What You Will Do:

  • Lead the manufacturing operations for a large value stream within a product line platform and be responsible for all aspects of manufacturing execution, including execution to an MRP schedule, achieving positive variance to HPU performance, and managing work-in-process to avoid aging WIP
  • Drive detailed actions, collaborating with the customer sites to recover delivery schedules for the programs
  • Lead project execution for scheduled recovery efforts
  • Managing/supporting program projects such as reliability, in-service issues, and producibility
  • Provide a detailed line of balance (LOB) with robust actions on various production hardware  
  • Periodic interface is required with both internal and external customers’ location, including Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and follow-ups with the supply chain and value stream leaders
  • Liaises with Value Stream Leads (VSL) to understand the customer needs and issues and ensure that the customers receive satisfactory standards of service.
     

What You Will Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of prior relevant experience or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in operations, manufacturing, and/or engineering experience
  • SAP knowledge
  • Supply chain experience
  • Production Control concepts, including WIP management LOB and TAKT
  • Experience with lean manufacturing tools and concepts
  • Prior Aerospace Defense experience preferred
  • Working experience with SAP-based Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Certification in Program Management, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing preferred
  • Strong Communication skills

Pay Range: $70,000 - $78,000 a year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements: This position is located in Phoenix, AZ and is considered on-site.

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
