Department: Front of House
Pay: $12.96/hr. + tips = $17.05/hr.+

As our Busser, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every Home Run Inn guest. You'll help keep tables clean, organized, and ready for our next guests while supporting our servers, hosts, and restaurant team.

You'll help keep the restaurant moving during busy shifts while making sure guests feel welcomed and cared for.

No two shifts look exactly the same, and that's part of the fun.

• Promptly clear tables after guests finish dining
• Wipe down and reset tables with proper place settings
• Refill water glasses and assist servers with food and beverage delivery when needed
• Help ensure guests are seated at clean, properly set tables quickly
• Thank guests as they are leaving and assist with guest requests
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and management to maintain an efficient service flow

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, service stations, and restrooms
• Sweep and maintain cleanliness in all guest areas
• Remove trash and ensure bussing stations are neat and organized
• Stock service stations with napkins, utensils, glassware, and other supplies
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

• Assist in bringing out food or carrying trays during busy times
• Support servers and hosts to keep service running smoothly
• Help the team maintain a welcoming, organized environment
• Promote and follow all workplace health and safety requirements
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Are willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to approximately 5 hours
• Ability to physically lift, reach, bend, stoop, and move throughout the restaurant
• Working knowledge of the predominant language of our guests
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire
• Safety shoes required within 30 days of hire
