Job description

  • We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time FRONT OF HOUSE LEAD SUPERVISOR position.
  • Location: Croasdaile Village Retirement Community - 2600 Croasdaile Farm Parkway, Durham, North Carolina 27705. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Full time and part time; Monday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm; Sunday and holidays, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. More details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Prior customer service, hospitality, and catering experience is preferred. Prior experience managing a team of up to 23 associates is preferred.
  • Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
