In This Role, You Will

  • Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
  • Perform analyses of a variety of property types (retail, office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
  • Work alongside valuation professionals tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of financial reporting and tax purposes.

What You'll Bring

1 2 years of commercial real estate valuation experience. Registered Trainee and a commitment to becoming a certified general appraiser. Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or accounting. Strong communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with Argus Enterprise.
