JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Purpose: Supports one or more competitive esports teams depending on program needs, confirmed rosters, and the coach's experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with practices, team organization, VOD review, and match preparation
  • Support a specific game title depending on experience and program needs
  • Help with tryouts, player communication, and team expectations
  • Communicate team concerns or needs to the Program Director and Student Director
  • Assist with general esports, operations, events, front desk, or production tasks if competitive team hours are limited

Potential Game Titles May Include: Overwatch, VALORANT, League of Legends, Marvel Rivals, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, and Deadlock
Notes: Because team schedules and funding may vary, this role may need flexibility. If paid through Student Assist, hours should be based on budget, team needs, and available work.
Reports To: Program Director
Coordinates With: Student Director, Head of Production, Social Media Manager, Team Leadership, Players
