• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their individual musculoskeletal conditions and any underlying issues that require attention.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation programs, leveraging evidence-based methodologies to promote healing and restore function.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training designed to enhance mobility and strength.
• Provide patient education on recovery strategies, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures to support long-term wellness.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring that all treatment data is up to date and accessible for future reference.
• Engage actively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, coordinating care and sharing insights that contribute to optimal patient outcomes.

Our outpatient clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and those managing chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with various age groups, from pediatric to geriatric patients, tailoring your therapeutic approach to each unique case.

• A valid New York State Physical Therapy license is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; those possessing a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are preferred.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred.
• Experience in an outpatient setting is advantageous; however, new graduates demonstrating eagerness to learn and grow are highly encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation effectively.
