Arapaho Valley Ranch is a mountain retreat located near Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, offering cabins, camping, glamping, and outdoor recreation in a beautiful alpine setting. We pride ourselves on creating exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a welcoming and team-oriented work environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and versatile Seasonal Resort Operations Associate to join our team. This is a flexible, multi-department position that supports our housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their workday, takes initiative, and is passionate about hospitality and outdoor recreation.
This position is full-time and seasonal, with opportunities to work across multiple areas of the ranch based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
Housekeeping
  • Clean and prepare cabins, glamping units, bathhouses, and common areas
  • Change linens, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Report maintenance issues and safety concerns
  • Assist with laundry and inventory management
Front Desk & Guest Services
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Answer phones, emails, and guest inquiries
  • Provide information about ranch amenities, local attractions, and activities
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintenance & Grounds
  • Perform basic repairs and routine maintenance tasks
  • Assist with landscaping, groundskeeping, and facility upkeep
  • Support seasonal projects and property improvements
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies as needed
  • Help maintain equipment and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Requirements
  • Must pass background check and have valid driver license
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
