Position Overview 

Couriers interface with the customers daily. The Courier must provide exemplary customer service while processing a variety of routine stops for the banks and its customers. Couriers will be expected to travel throughout the day in a Bank provided vehicle. The vehicle will be maintained and maintenance by the courier. This position operates in a collaborative, shared-responsibility model, with duties and coverage coordinated alongside other couriers. 

Essential Functions 

• Provide excellence customer service to Bank customers
• Pick up and carry documents and deposits to designated branches
• Pick up documents and deposits from designated customers and deliver to designated branch
• Be accessible by phone for additional tasks during the day
• Maintain the monthly courier schedule
• Maintain the customer pick up roster
• Maintain any scheduled maintenance on the vehicle
• Comply with all Anti-Money Laundering Laws and Regulations

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is in regular communication, is required to use various tools or objects, and have the mobility to move about the office. The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5p.m.
