This role offers a fully remote work arrangement, allowing for flexibility while delivering crucial support to clients. Although primarily a teletherapy role, you will have access to our outpatient office facilities for in-person client meetings when required. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify mental health concerns, enabling you to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.
• Providing individualized therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborating with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitoring their progress, ensuring a client-centered focus throughout the treatment process.
• Offering flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients’ preferences and accessibility challenges, utilizing secure virtual platforms to maintain privacy and build rapport.
• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participating in regular supervision and peer consultation sessions to enhance your clinical skills, share practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective in establishing trust and rapport with clients.
• Show empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental demeanor to support diverse client experiences and challenges.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Previous experience in a therapeutic role within a private practice or outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth software, facilitating efficient documentation and client management.
• Expertise in working with specific populations such as children and adolescents, couples, or individuals recovering from trauma.

Genesis Health Care Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
