Responsibilities

  • Ensure every guest receives prompt, professional, and friendly service that exceeds expectations
  • Act as the key liaison between technicians, service advisors, and guests to maintain clear communication and a seamless service experience
  • Lead, coach, hire, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors and technicians
  • Drive a culture of excellence with a passion for achieving and maintaining high standards
  • Forecast departmental budgets, establish performance goals, and monitor progress to drive success
  • Oversee department payroll and effectively manage expenses
  • Maintain strong departmental profitability and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) performance while meeting both internal and manufacturer expectations
