Job Description: Valet Attendant Reports to: Valet Manager.


Position Summary: To project a professional image at all times. Provide valet parking and front door guest services for visitors and guests.


Duties: Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, facility policies and applicable pedestrian regulations.


Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance and safety control. Must be capable of driving both auto and manual transmissions (stick)

Competently work outdoors - all weather conditions, seasons.

Customer Services is vital for this position.

Run to and from the vehicle parking area for long periods of time.

Inform guests of valet option, relevant services, and hours of operation.

Assist in maintaining the front curbside congestion-free through traffic control, monitoring illegal parking and immediately parking vehicles.

Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and thanking everyone.

Assist each guest into and out of their vehicles, with car doors and belongings.

Take the initiative to meet guest’s needs.

Keep work area clean of debris.

Follow established dress code and hygiene guidelines.

Communicate with peers and management.

Alert appropriate personnel if suspicious activity is noticed during the regular course of duty or of any unsafe driving conditions.

Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
