Job description

District Manager – Children’s Health (Dallas & Plano)

Starting Salary: $80,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Lead with Purpose. Serve with Excellence.

Platinum Parking is seeking a mission-driven leader to oversee parking garage and valet operations supporting Children’s Health in Dallas and Plano.
In a healthcare environment, service is more than convenience — it is part of the patient and family experience. This role directly supports families, caregivers, physicians, and hospital staff by ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate access to care.
If you are ready to elevate your career from site leadership to district-level impact — while supporting an organization dedicated to making life better for children — this is your opportunity.

Your Impact

·        Lead multi-site garage and valet operations with a focus on safety, dignity, and service excellence

·        Build and mentor a professional, diverse, and family-focused management team

·        Own full P&L performance across Dallas and Plano operations

·        Ensure staffing models support peak hospital volumes and patient needs

·        Maintain strict revenue control, cash handling, and compliance standards

·        Conduct safety audits to protect patients, families, employees, and visitors

·        Partner closely with hospital leadership to support operational alignment and continuous improvement

·        Lead special projects including construction impacts, campus changes, and traffic flow improvements

·        Implement service enhancements that improve arrival, departure, and overall campus access experience

What Success Looks Like

·        Families experience safe, respectful, and efficient arrival and departure processes

·        Operations consistently meet budget and performance expectations

·        Managers are coached, developed, and held accountable to high standards

·        Client relationships are proactive, transparent, and solution-oriented

·        Operational excellence supports the hospital’s broader mission and community trust

What You Bring

·        Proven experience as both a Garage Manager and Valet Manager (required)

·        Experience leading multi-site or high-volume operations preferred

·        Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership

·        Ability to lead leaders and build accountable teams

·        Professional presence in healthcare or high-service environments

·        Commitment to integrity, compassion, and operational excellence

This is a leadership opportunity for someone ready to make a meaningful impact — combining operational discipline with compassionate service in a healthcare setting.
