In this dynamic role, team members perform a combination of valet, bell, and door attendant responsibilities, rotating between positions based on operational needs.   • Greet guests upon arrival and departure
  • Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings
  • Open doors and provide directional assistance as needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Provide information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Follow all safety and vehicle handling procedures
