What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a professional and courteous full-time or part-time Valet Attendantto join our Wayfinder Waikiki Hotel team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the property. You will be responsible for safely parking and retrieving vehicles while providing a warm and welcoming experience that reflects the high standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly upon arrival and assist with valet parking services in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with hotel procedures and traffic regulations.

  • Maintain a polished appearance and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

  • Assist guests with directions, luggage, or other inquiries as needed.

  • Work collaboratively with front desk to ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Strong communication and guest service skills.

  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

  • Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Prior experience in hospitality or valet services is preferred.
