Job description

Summary:
The Valet Clerkis a highly visible role that will require the ability to multitask and prioritize guest requests. Valet Clerks have a huge impact on the guest experience. They must be knowledgeable about hotel and transportation information as well as surrounding areas. Valet Clerks perform a wide variety of tasks.
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Answering calls from guests, vendors, and team members requiring assistance
  • Dispatching guest service & valet colleagues to handle requests such as (but not limited to):
  • Vehicle retrievals
  • Luggage pulls
  • Luggage deliveries
  • Room move assistance
  • Resort orientations.
  • Provides Valet service assistance during busy periods
  • Maintaining logs, storing and maintaining vehicle keys.
  • Keeps track of guest's arrivals and departures daily and communicates with the Bell/Valet team to assist guests in a timely manner.
  • Assisting guests with general inquiries, responding to guest requests, questions and effectively solving guest concerns.
  • Communicating service request calls to a variety of hotel departments
  • Post & processes payment for valet parking and associated fees.
  • Using hotel network efficiently as an information resource to keep current on hotel events, hours of operation, guest information and communications through email.
90 Day Probationary Rate: $21.92
Full Rate: $25.79
