ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a personable and seasoned Valet/Concierge. The Valet / Concierge serves as a key point of contact for residents and guests, providing a high level of service that reflects the quality and professionalism of a luxury residential community. This role combines valet services with front-facing concierge support, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment. As one of the first impressions of the property, this position requires strong customer service skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a courteous, professional, and service-oriented manner.
  • Provide valet services, including safely parking and retrieving resident and guest vehicles.
  • Verify authorization of visitors and direct individuals to appropriate areas of the building.
  • Answer incoming phone calls using professional telephone etiquette and relay messages promptly.
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries in accordance with property procedures.
  • Maintain accurate security, service, and access logs.
  • Safeguard and properly manage keys and access items issued during shifts.
  • Monitor the lobby, entry areas, and common spaces to ensure safety, cleanliness, and order.
  • Understand and follow building safety and emergency procedures, reporting incidents or concerns immediately to management.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times, whether wearing a provided uniform or approved professional attire.
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • A strong customer service mindset with a hospitality-focused approach.
  • Prior experience in valet, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate various vehicle types.
  • Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Reliability, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • A neat, polished appearance and pride in representing a luxury community.
  • Ability to meet pre-employment requirements, including background screening and drug testing, in accordance with applicable laws.
