Position Description: Description:
We are seeking a friendly, highly motivated and organized individual to join our Guest Services Team. As a key member of our Clubhouse staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a positive and memorable experience. This position involves a variety of tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, greeting guests, organizing and facilitating clubhouse events and activities, managing reservations, operating the point of sale system, and maintaining a clean and organized retail area.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
Greet guests, provide wrist bands and towels, and address inquiries about Clubhouse activities and reservations.
Manage guest reservations, including booking and adjustments.
Operate the point of sale system for retail transactions, handling cash and credit cards.
Keep the retail area clean, stocked, and organized.
Receive and prepare shipments for various departments.
Oversee daily Guest Services tasks, including reports, supplies, notifications, displays, and addressing guest complaints/accidents.
Manage the Clubhouse digital signage and calendar of events.
Delegate tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the Clubhouse, including cleaning bathrooms, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning door windows.
May assist with pool-related tasks, such as pool counts, cleaning tables/loungers, opening/closing umbrellas, and handling pool towels.
Qualifications:
3+ years Customer Service experience requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to answer phones and emails professionally and courteously.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures.
Timely completion of tasks with a positive attitude.
Willingness to assist in other areas as needed.
Some college or equivalent work experience preferred.
