Job description

Cardo Vacation Rentals is a boutique vacation rental management company focused on high-quality coastal homes and long-term owner success. We grow intentionally—by outperforming the market, earning trust, and building relationships that last.
We’re looking for a Business Development & Sales Agent who wants uncapped income, long-term upside, and a role that rewards quality over volume..
What You'll Do
  • Identify and connect with vacation rental property owners
  • Conduct discovery calls and sales presentations
  • Educate owners on revenue optimization and property care
  • Close management agreements
  • Hand off signed properties to our operations team for onboarding
This is a consultative sales role, not high-pressure selling.
Benefits/Perks
  • This role offers uncapped earning potential with multiple ways to win:
    • Competitive base commission on all signed accounts
    • Accelerators for early performance
    • Higher commission tiers for strong monthly production
    • Ongoing residual income for long-term accounts
  • Top performers build a recurring income stream that compounds over time.
(Full commission structure provided in the offer letter.)
 What Success Looks Like
  • Consistently signing quality properties
  • Honest, transparent sales conversations
  • Strong owner retention
  • Building a long-term book of business
Who This Is For
  • Self-motivated, commission-driven professionals
  • Comfortable with performance-based pay
  • Strong communicators and relationship builders
  • Real estate, hospitality, or B2B sales experience a plus
  • Organized, disciplined, and resilient
Why Cardo Vacation Rentals
Cardo Vacation Rentals is intentionally built around quality, not volume. We partner with owners of exceptional homes and position them for long-term success through thoughtful revenue strategy, elevated guest experience, and disciplined operations. This creates an environment where sales conversations are grounded in trust and professionalism, not pressure or overpromising. As a sales partner at Cardo, you are supported by a refined brand, proven systems, and a team that delivers on what is sold. The result is uncapped earning potential, meaningful residual income, and the opportunity to build a respected book of business in the luxury vacation rental space. If you are driven, polished, and motivated by long-term upside rather than short-term wins, Cardo offers a platform worthy of your ambition.
