Job description

Lexington Rental Homes (LRH) is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance, service requests, repairs, and property inspections across our portfolio of rental properties.

Perform residential repairs, including plumbing, electrical, appliance servicing, drywall repair, painting, HVAC filter replacement, and other general maintenance tasks. Respond to work orders promptly, troubleshoot issues, document completed work, coordinate with outside vendors when needed, and support move-in/move-out property needs.

Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliability, ability to lift materials/equipment, professional communication, and previous maintenance or construction experience preferred.
