Job description

**$1000 signing bonus! Details below**

Are you currently working for a cleaning company but not getting paid what you deserve?

Is that cleaning company a huge corporation that cares more about their profits than their employees?

Is there a revolving door of new employees every day, week, month?

Do you often have to clean properties by yourself?

Do you have to pay for gas and use your own vehicle to travel to cleanings with no compensation?

Come experience the difference of being employed by JCV Cleaning Services. We are not your typical cleaning company – we offer competitive wages, travel compensation, PTO accrual, and Aflac supplemental insurance benefits. We’re not hiring because our employees are leaving, we’re hiring because our company is growing. We need a few more quality employees to add to our dedicated teams.

We are a small business that cares about our employees and show that care with promotions and regular raises. We are growing quickly and want you to grow with us! We never assign cleanings to less than a team of two cleaners. Most often you’ll be on a team of 3 or more. On top of paying for travel time, we also have company vehicles so you won’t be putting stress on your car going to assignments.

Now that we’ve sold you on how great it is to work for us, here’s the boring stuff:

We are hiring for both part time and full time positions. You must have transportation, valid license, and ability to work weekends

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies

Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances

Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience

Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate

Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred, but we will train the right person!

Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Customer-oriented and friendly

Prioritization and time management skills

Working quickly without compromising quality

High school degree preferred

**$1000 signing bonus will be paid over 3 months after completing first 30 days with no unscheduled absences. **
