Your Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager to support the daily operations of our storage facility. This hands-on role involves a dynamic mix of administrative, customer service, and maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will be friendly, keep the property clean and manage the day to day functions of the site. 

Your Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Customer Service

  • Open and close the facility, handle cash and bank deposits
  • Greet customers, provide tours, and process rentals with our Kiosks
  • Assist with collection efforts
  • Maintain effective communication with all members of the organization as needed

Facility & Maintenance

  • Perform daily walkthroughs and property inspections
  • Maintain cleanliness of facility, including windows, elevators, bathrooms, the office, hallways, storage units, and all common areas
  • Handle special maintenance projects as needed

Security & Unit Management

  • Monitor and document overnight door alarm activity
  • Conduct lock checks: identify move-outs, unauthorized access, or units left open
  • Remove overlocks and assist with lock cutting
  • Inspect and clean vacant units; ensure units are rent-ready
  • Check for and address property damage, vandalism, or graffiti

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management, retail, facilities, or operations is preferred
  • Comfortable using property management software, email, and team communication tools
  • Ability to lift 35+ lbs. and perform physical work in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance (for operating golf cart and making bank runs).
