Role Description The Diaptacher / Rental Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in San Mateo, CA. This position is responsible for coordinating daily equipment rentals, including receiving customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and scheduling equipment pick-ups and deliveries. The role involves preparing and reviewing rental contracts, creating and managing invoices, and ensuring accurate documentation in the rental system. The Diaptacher / Rental Coordinator will work closely with drivers and yard staff to dispatch heavy equipment efficiently and maintain timely order fulfillment. Additional responsibilities include responding to customer concerns, promoting customer satisfaction, and supporting general office and counter operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience working with Heavy Equipment or equipment rental operations.
  • Ability to handle Invoicing, contracts, and basic administrative tasks accurately.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working on-site in a customer-facing role and collaborating with dispatch, yard, and driving teams.
