Troy Allan Companies is looking for an experienced Interior Design & Selections Specialist to help shape the look and feel of our homes, apartment communities, and amenity spaces.
This role is ideal for someone who understands production homebuilding, has a strong eye for design, and enjoys collaborating with others to bring projects to life.

What You'll Do
  • Support homebuyers as they personalize one of the most important purchases of their lives-their new home.
  • Design cohesive interior color palettes and finish selections for residential homes.
  • Plan and furnish apartment clubhouses and amenity spaces that are both inviting and highly functional.
  • Select furniture, finishes, fixtures, and décor that align with project budgets and company standards.
  • Balance aesthetics, durability, functionality, and cost in every design decision.
  • Collaborate closely with construction, purchasing, and leadership teams throughout the design process.
  • Stay current on design trends while making selections that are timeless, practical, and marketable.
