Luxury Rentals Miami Beach is a leading luxury vacation rental company in Miami. We match impeccable service with a diverse portfolio of luxury properties for our guests to choose from. With over 10 years of experience, we are passionate about all things travel and hospitality.

At LRMB, we strive to build a successful sales team. Sales is the is the first direct point of contact with our potential guests, and in charge of ensuring all guest's needs and expectations are met upon booking. We are seeking a qualified sales representative to effectively handle sales of our luxury portfolio and services. In order to be successful in this role, you will need have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. This candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage although strength of character, leadership and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience.

Job Description
    • Share the common concept - people who believe in treating others as we would have them treat us. 
    • Identify guest needs and requests to be able to transform inquiries into booked reservations.
    • Generation of new sales leads via direct customer engagement and daily and consistent follow-up on existing leads.
    • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
    • Continuous communication with multiple departments for cross functional collaboration.
    • Create an experience for the traveler by offering all the best suitable options for their stay.
    • Review vacation rental agreements and able to adjust rates according to the season of travel.
    • Continuously strive to improve skills and increase knowledge within sales.
    • Maintain accurate files and notes for all incoming reservation requests on PMS and Lead Management Software.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and guest relationships.
    • Familiarity of location, features and amenities within all our luxury vacation properties
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
    • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
    • Bi-lingual or multi-lingual a plus.
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up efficiently.
    • Previous Luxury brand Sales experience.
    • Top Sales producer in a prior position is a plus.
    • Proficient in creating an experience for the guest.
    • Familiar with sales process.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
    • Proficient in basic math.
    • Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed - days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
    • Observant and detail-oriented, able to coordinate and multi-task job duties in a busy environment.
Additional Information

Ideal Candidate Possess

o    Previous 2 years' experience in the travel industry.

o    Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.

o    Top sales producer in prior position.

o    Experience in sales, knowledge of vacation homes and rental reservations.
