VayKLife handles all delivery, logistics, and support operations, ensuring a seamless process for both guests and property managers. Supporting over 150,000 properties and over one million travelers across the U.S., VayKLife is a trusted partner for boosting reservations and creating memorable guest experiences.


We’re looking for a highly organized, people-focused leader to manage daily operations within a growing territory. If you enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and keeping a fast-paced environment running smoothly, this role gives you the opportunity to own an entire operation and make a measurable impact every day.


About the Role

As the Territory Manager, you will oversee all field logistics, including delivery, pickup, warehouse flow, staffing, and safety. You’ll lead a seasonal workforce, manage inventory and equipment, and ensure guests receive a reliable and seamless experience. This is a high-visibility position with room to grow for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and thrives in hands-on leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily delivery and pickup operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service

  • Hire, train, and manage a seasonal staff with a focus on coaching, accountability, and team culture

  • Maintain inventory levels, gear readiness, and a clean, organized warehouse

  • Ensure all company vehicles are safe, compliant, and properly maintained

  • Use routing and scheduling software to manage workflow and productivity

  • Own the territory’s operational budget and track performance goals

  • Maintain all safety protocols and ensure full team compliance

  • Train staff on policies, procedures, systems, and service expectations

  • Oversee the purchasing of gear, tools, and equipment as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or process efficiency, or an equivalent background

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or field management

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to learn and manage cloud-based systems

  • Basic mechanical comfort (hitching trailers, simple gear checks)

  • Strong driving record

  • Weekend availability

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent leadership experience

Tools & Systems Used
  • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (G-Suite)
  • Various cloud-based and proprietary applications for warehouse, inventory, and delivery management
  • Candidates are not expected to have prior experience with our specific systems, but must demonstrate the ability to learn and manage similar platforms
