Job Summary

We are seeking a Facilities Project / Maintenance Coordinator to support facilities operations, maintenance planning, equipment management, and building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors, monitoring project schedules and budgets, and supporting facility modification initiatives.

This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and flexibility to support operational and project requirements in an industrial environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan utilization of company facilities and space based on operational requirements
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance planning and scheduling activities
  • Manage equipment and machinery maintenance projects
  • Support facility modification and building improvement projects
  • Coordinate contractor activities and monitor project progress
  • Establish and track project schedules, milestones, and budgets
  • Assist with material ordering and inventory coordination
  • Monitor project cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Identify operational issues and assist with developing corrective solutions
  • Maintain project documentation and status reporting
  • Support adherence to safety procedures and PPE requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in related field with 6+ years of experience
    OR
  • Masterโ€™s Degree with 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with facilities maintenance planning and scheduling
  • Contractor management experience
  • Material ordering and coordination experience
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
