Job description

Duration: 10+ Months

Job Description:

  • Process incoming mail, date stamp official documents, enter the receipt of the document in a spreadsheet, and distribute the mail within the RFS staging area.
  • Review and process RFS submittals. Assist with the Annual Surcharge bills.

 Data Entry:

  • Complete NJEMS data entry in Activity Tracking, Financial Window, Attachments, and Remarks per the RFS SOPs and/or as instructed
  • Microsoft TEAMS data entry to track progress of assignments

File documents upon completion of assignment:

  • Assisting FTE with other related projects or reviews as needed.
  • Review RFS submittals and mechanisms, perform data entry, assist with annual surcharge bills, and handle mail

Required Skills:

  • Associate degree or higher. Fiscal and data evaluation; organized, detail-oriented, communication skills
