Job Summary:

Job Title: UI/UX Lead

Location: [Onsite / Hybrid / Remote]
Experience: 10+ years (with strong product & leadership experience)

Role Summary

The UI/UX Lead will own the overall user experience and visual design strategy across digital products. This role combines hands-on design, design leadership, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products
  • Define and evolve design vision, principles, and standards
  • Own and maintain design systems and UI guidelines
  • Mentor and manage UI/UX designers
  • Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Business teams
  • Drive UX research, usability testing, and design validation
  • Review designs for consistency, accessibility, and quality
  • Advocate for user-first thinking across the organization

Required Skills & Experience Design & UX

  • Strong expertise in UX research, user flows, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Excellent UI design and visual craft
  • Experience designing for web and mobile platforms

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
