Job Title: UX Research Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research activities supporting a cloud-hosted enterprise digital services platform used by multiple stakeholder communities
  • Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions to evaluate user interactions with platform features and workflows
  • Collect and analyze user feedback, platform usage patterns, and research data to identify usability improvements
  • Collaborate with the Human Centered Design Lead, product owners, and engineering teams to translate research findings into design and feature recommendations
  • Assist in development of research artifacts such as user personas, journey maps, and usability reports
  • Support user experience evaluations of new features and enhancements during development cycles
  • Help validate that implemented capabilities meet user needs and improve platform usability
  • Participate in Agile delivery activities and collaborate with cross functional teams supporting platform improvements

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Five or more years of experience supporting user research, usability testing, or user experience analysis
  • Experience conducting usability testing sessions or collecting structured user feedback
  • Experience analyzing qualitative or quantitative data related to user behavior or system usage
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with development or product teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting web-based applications or digital services platforms

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting user research for enterprise or cloud-hosted digital platforms
  • Familiarity with usability testing tools, research platforms, or analytics tools
  • Experience developing user personas, journey maps, or usability reports
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications with diverse user communities
  • Experience supporting federal or large enterprise digital platforms
  • Relevant user experience research or usability certifications are a plus

Other Requirements
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment and government background investigation to include FBI fingerprints.
  • This position requires access to U.S. Government facilities and systems. U.S. Citizenship, a valid driver's license, transportation, and auto insurance are required.
