Design, scale, and continuously improve the systems, governance, and infrastructure that enable highquality UX research to happen efficiently and consistently across the organization. This role functions as the operational backbone of the research practice, allowing researchers and product designers to focus on insight generation while ensuring research is ethical, discoverable, and strategically impactful. This role enables strategic research by design, ensuring the right studies happen faster, insights are trusted, and research compounds over time instead of being lost in silos.

Your Mission
  • Design and maintain research systems that support planning, execution, synthesis, and reuse of research across teams.
  • Own tooling administration and governance (e.g. Pendo, Maze), including permissions, standards, documentation, and taxonomy.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner and coach to UX Designers, PMs, and cross-functional partners on research processes, systems, and tools.
  • Ensure research systems scale as volume and contributors grow.
  • Build and manage recruitment and participant experience channels, resources, and governance to support efforts of research team and design/PM teams.
  • Develop templates and guides to support research artifacts that activate insights and clearly document data sources, inputs, methodologies, and limitations.
  • Partner with Legal, Security, and Product to uphold consent, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Ensure insights are searchable, credible, and reusable using field best practices and emerging technologies for efficiency, context awareness, and reliability.
  • Develop templates for reports, readouts, and research plans that improve consistency and stakeholder trust.
  • Create onboarding materials, training, and documentation for researchers and collaborators.
  • Evaluate and responsibly integrate AI tools to improve efficiency (e.g., synthesis support, tagging, pattern discovery) while maintaining research rigor, human judgment, and ethic
  • Collaborate with Research team to continually improve research activation, quality, and efficiency.
You Are
  • Strong systems thinker, voraciously curious and has a service design mindset
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research for B2B, Enterprise SaaS environments
  • Comfort working in a highly regulated industry
  • Experience with research insights management, recruitment systems, and analytics tools
  • Comfort operating at both tactical (templates, tooling) and strategic (capability building) levels
  • Strong organizational skills, with a drive to continuously improve systems and tools to meet the needs of the team
  • Ability to enhance research practice using AI tools while maintaining the integrity of the research and adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g. risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Ability to operate with high autonomy for a wide range of activities and self-motivated with a "spot the problem, find the people, ask the questions, identify the solution" attitude
