What are we looking for?

We are looking for UX/UI Designers with solid technical skills in designing intuitive, accessible and high-performance digital experiences and interfaces.

The ideal candidate has experience in managing the entire design process, from research to prototyping to testing and documentation, with strong business orientation and performance measurement through KPIs.

Main responsibilities:
  • Analysis of strategic product goals and identification of business-relevant KPIs
  • UX Assessment of existing products to identify critical issues, opportunities, and redesign strategies based on heuristics, accessibility, and user/customer feedback
  • Design of wireframes, sitemaps, user flows, navigable prototypes and A/B tests, with attention to conversion design principles and digital funnels
    Creation of information architectures, user scenarios, customer journeys and business personas.
  • Planning and designing consistent omnichannel experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms
    UI design with focus on usability, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and mobile-first.
  • Creating, updating, and managing Design Systems, reusable components, and scalable visual guidelines
  • Organizing and conducting usability testing
  • Benchmarking activities, competitive analysis and monitoring of industry trends
  • Daily collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness of user experience
  • UX/UI process documentation and guideline production to facilitate scalability and design continuity.

Requirements:
