What is a UX program manager?

UX Program Managers are professionals who coordinate and oversee user experience (UX) projects across teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. They bridge the gap between designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers by managing timelines, resources, and project goals. Their role focuses on strategic planning, stakeholder communication, and process optimization to deliver high-quality user experiences. UX Program Managers must possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

How does a UX program manager typically collaborate with design, research, and engineering teams?
