Expert level experience with applicable design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) - 4-7 years.Â
Expert level experience within User-centered visual and interaction design principles - 4-7 years.Â
Work experience in a team environment - 4-7 yearsÂ
Experience facilitating design workshops and informal teams - 4-7 years.Â
A strong candidate will also have:Â
Experience with JavaScript and common libraries such as jQuery.Â
Experience working in a UX role or on a UX team.Â
Experience with usability testing and research methodologies such as direct observation interviews, focus groups, and card sorting.Â
Experience with responsive design and/or phone and tablet interface design.Â
A strong passion for proven and emerging interaction and UI design patterns.Â
Experience negotiating with stakeholders to drive an intentional design philosophy
Qualifications
Strong creative and visual design background including web, user interface, and graphic design.Â
