Senior UX Designer (Mobile Apps - iOS & Android)Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with extensive experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and Android. This role will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and scalable mobile experiences that serve end users in complex, data-rich environments. The ideal candidate combines strong interaction design skills with a deep understanding of mobile-first design principles, platform guidelines, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design of native mobile experiences across iOS and Android applications.
  • Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with platform-specific best practices.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and user experiences.
  • Translate complex information, workflows, and data into clear, actionable, and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
  • Design mobile experiences that leverage native device capabilities, notifications, permissions, connectivity, sensors, and system interactions.
  • Ensure consistency across products through scalable design systems and reusable components.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into iterative design improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout implementation to ensure design quality and platform alignment.
  • Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design, and seamless mobile experiences.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of UX, Product Design, or Mobile Product Design experience, with a strong focus on native applications.
  • Proven experience designing and shipping mobile products on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Expert knowledge of:
    • Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG)
    • Material Design for Android
    • Native mobile interaction patterns
    • Mobile accessibility best practices
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • Native mobile app design work
    • User journeys and task flows
    • Wireframes and prototypes

    • Usability testing and design rationale
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
  • Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive mobile design principles.
