As a Digital Experience Intern,you'llgain hands-on experience building and improving digital products and member experiences across web, mobile, data, and AI, supported by Agile engineering practices in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Our Digital Experience teams work with a range of technologies including:

  • AI & Data:Microsoft Copilot, AI-assisted development, Python, SQL, analytics, experimentation, and data workflows

  • Digital Platforms & Delivery:Azure, APIs, DevOps Pipelines,API integration,cloud services, and continuous delivery

  • Web & Mobile Development:React, React Native,Angular,Python,C#, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JSON/XML

  • Digital Quality & Reliability:Automated testing, accessibility, monitoring, performance tuning, and resiliency patterns

What you'll do:

  • Digital Product Development: Build and improve responsive web and mobile experiences, APIs, and supporting services that make it easier for members and customers to complete important tasks.

  • AI-Enhanced Experiences:Explore AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and large language models to improve digital experiences, accelerate development, and turn feedback into useful product improvements.

  • Member Experience & Insights:Use research, data, experimentation, and feedback from digital products to understand user needs and surface actionable insights.

  • Digital Quality:Help test experiences and services for usability, accessibility, performance, reliability, and task completion across supported devices and platforms.

  • Agile Collaboration:Participatein daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Collaborate with developers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver useful digital experiences.

  • Capstone Project:Tackle a real-world digital experience challenge, such as improving a web or mobile journey, building an AI-supported experience, creating an automated feedback loop, or developing an analytics solution.

  • Mentorship & Training:Receive guidance from experienced engineers andparticipatein workshops to grow your technical, product, and professional skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School diplomarequired

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field

  • Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a drive to learn

  • Strong communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience or interest in one or more of the following:frontend, mobile, or web development and user interface design, Artificial intelligence, machine learning, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development, Data analysis, experimentation, statistics, or data visualization, APIs, automated testing, Git, cloud platforms, or collaborative software development
