DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

En tant que Concepteur.trice Senior.e Ui/Ux, vous jouerez un role cle dans la definition et l'execution de l'experience visuelle et interactive d'un nouveau jeu mobile multijoueur.

Vous serez responsable de concevoir des interfaces intuitives, lisibles et engageantes qui accompagnent le joueur tout au long de son parcours. Votre travail contribuera a la clarte des mecaniques de jeu, a la fluidite des interactions, a la qualite de la navigation et a la coherence de l'identite visuelle du produit.

Dote.e d'une forte sensibilite artistique et d'une solide expertise UX, vous concevrez des interfaces coherentes avec l'identite du produit et optimisees pour soutenir la boucle de jeu. Grace a votre maitrise des principes de navigation, vous creerez des experiences intuitives qui minimisent les frictions pour le joueur.

Ce role allie strategie et execution, avec un impact direct sur la lisibilite du jeu, l'experience utilisateur et la qualite globale du produit.


RESPONSABILITES


UX

  • Concevoir des experiences utilisateur intuitives et optimisees qui reduisent au maximum les frictions entre le joueur et le jeu.
  • Definir des parcours utilisateurs, structures d'information et interactions qui favorisent une navigation rapide, naturelle et efficace.
  • Creer des schemas d'interaction et des prototypes pour valider les concepts et les hypotheses de conception.
  • Faire evoluer les interfaces a partir des tests utilisateurs, des donnees d'utilisation et des retours des joueurs afin d'ameliorer continuellement l'experience


Direction Artistique UI (Contribution)

  • Concevoir et produire des interfaces visuellement attrayantes, coherentes avec l'identite du jeu et adaptees aux contraintes du mobile.
  • Creer les elements d'interface necessaires au produit (menus, boutons, icones, notifications, fenetres contextuelles, illustrations, etc.).
  • Contribuer a l'evolution de la direction artistique UI/UX et au developpement d'une identite visuelle forte.
  • Assurer la coherence visuelle a travers l'ensemble des systemes et fonctionnalites du jeu.
  • Creer, integrer et optimiser les elements d'interface dans Unity, tout en maintenant les guides de style et les bibliotheques d'elements graphiques.


Prototypage & Iteration

  • Creer wireframes, user flows et prototypes interactifs
  • Transformer rapidement des concepts en prototypes testables
  • Iterer sur les interfaces a partir de playtests, donnees analytiques et feedback joueur
  • Tester differentes approches UX afin d'optimiser l'engagement et la retention


Collaboration & Production

  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes de conception, de produit, de programmation et d'art afin d'assurer une experience coherente et de haute qualite.

QUALIFICATIONS


Experience & connaissances

  • 7 ans d'experience ou plus en UI/UX dans le jeu video
  • Experience significative sur des jeux mobiles, multi-joueurs, grand-public, competitifs ou autre
  • Experience sur des jeux free-to-play
  • Portfolio d'interfaces d'utilisateur demontrant une forte sensibilite visuelle

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in defining and executing the visual and interactive experience of a new multiplayer mobile game.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, readable, and engaging interfaces that support players throughout their journey. Your work will directly contribute to gameplay clarity, interaction fluidity, navigation quality, and the overall visual consistency of the product.

With a strong artistic sensibility and solid UX expertise, you will design interfaces that align with the product's visual identity and are optimized to support the core gameplay loop. Leveraging your deep understanding of navigation and interaction design principles, you will create intuitive experiences that minimize friction for players.

This role combines strategy and execution, with a direct impact on gameplay readability, user experience, and overall product quality.


RESPONSIBILITIES


UX

  • Design intuitive and optimized user experiences that minimize friction between the player and the game
  • Define user journeys, information architecture, and interaction patterns that enable fast, natural, and efficient navigation
  • Create interaction flows and prototypes to validate design concepts and hypotheses
  • Continuously improve interfaces based on user testing, usage data, and player feedback


UI Art Direction (Contribution)

  • Design and produce visually appealing interfaces that align with the game's visual identity and mobile constraints
  • Create UI assets required for the product, including menus, buttons, icons, notifications, pop-ups, illustrations, and more
  • Contribute to the evolution of the project's UI/UX art direction and help build a strong visual identity
  • Ensure visual consistency across all game systems and features
  • Create, integrate, and optimize UI assets in Unity while maintaining style guides and UI asset libraries


Prototyping & Iteration

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Quickly turn concepts into testable prototypes
  • Iterate on interfaces based on playtests, analytics, and player feedback
  • Explore and test different UX approaches to optimize engagement and retention


Collaboration & Production
