This position assists the School of Humanities and Global Studies in maintaining the smooth operation of four academic departments - English, History & International Studies, Philosophy & Religious Studies, and World Languages & Literatures. Duties include general office work consisting of greeting and assisting visitors, students and faculty; photocopying and scanning; filing; answering phones; performing work in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), running errands, watering plants, and other office tasks as assigned.

  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Trustworthy, dependable, positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Prior experience working in an office setting is preferred.
