POSITION OVERVIEW
Senior leadership role overseeing Skilled Nursing Center operations
Responsible for maintaining high-quality clinical care and operational performance within a long-term care environment
Lead strategic initiatives supporting post-acute and long-term care services
Collaborate with system leadership, staff, residents, families, and community stakeholders
Drive regulatory compliance, operational excellence, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives

Requirements

Active Nursing Home Administrator License REQUIRED
Previous experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and/or Assistant Administrator REQUIRED
Minimum 2-5 years Administrator experience REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field REQUIRED
Preferred:
10+ years of LNHA experience
Master's Degree
Vermont and/or New York Nursing Home Administrator License
