Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services for clients throughout Texas. This role is focused on real clinical care: meeting clients where they are, helping them name what they are experiencing, and supporting them as they work toward healthier patterns and better day-to-day coping.
You will spend your time providing virtual therapy, completing assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting client progress. The role is a good fit for an LCSW who values thoughtful client conversations, organized care, and the ability to provide quality therapy through telehealth.
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual therapy through virtual appointments
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client needs
  • Build treatment plans that support each client's goals
  • Help clients manage concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life adjustments
  • Document sessions and treatment updates accurately and on time
  • Review client progress and make clinical adjustments when appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable care standards
  • Use telehealth and electronic record systems to manage client care

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Texas LCSW license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
  • Comfortable working with clients through telehealth
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for sessions
