Job description

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the emotional, behavioral, and social well-being of patients while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
  • Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Assist patients and families in navigating healthcare, financial, and community support resources.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and available services.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, organizational, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Arkansas (or ability to obtain licensure before employment).
  • Minimum of two years of clinical social work experience preferred.
  • Experience in hospital, outpatient, behavioral health, or integrated healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Strong assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of community resources and behavioral health services.
  • Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Experience with behavioral health, chronic disease management, or rural healthcare.
