We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the emotional, behavioral, and social well-being of patients while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Primary Responsibilities- Develop individualized treatment and care plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling.
- Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments.
- Coordinate discharge planning and community resource referrals.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist patients and families in navigating healthcare, financial, and community support resources.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and available services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, organizational, and ethical standards.
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the State of Arkansas (or ability to obtain licensure before employment).
- Minimum of two years of clinical social work experience preferred.
