Maintenance & Construction Apprentice

Starting Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 / hour + Free Utilities & Major Rent Discount 

Location: Carmel, IN & surrounding communities (Up to 40% travel)

Schedule: Mon - Fri, regular day hours with some exceptions for travel and urgent projects

What You Need on Day 1
  • The Right Attitude: You take pride in doing good work, stay reliable, and bring a strong work ethic every day.
  • Logistics: A valid driver's license and dependable transportation (for local property travel).
  • Basic Familiarity: You know how to use a tape measure, hammer, and screwdriver.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in landscaping, construction, or general labor (preferred, but not required). High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ladder & Height Safety: The company will provide safety training, but you must be comfortable being on ladders and with heights. 
  • Nice to Have - Not Required: Bringing your own tools is a plus. If you don't have them, it's not a problem.
