  • Coordinate crane picks and panel erection activities
  • Ensure quality control for structural concrete and building envelope components
  • Maintain project schedule and drive production to meet milestone deadlines
  • Conduct daily subcontractor coordination meetings
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Perform site logistics planning and sequencing for high-production concrete operations
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and ownership teams

    Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on industrial warehouse projects
  • Direct experience with tilt-wall (tilt-up) construction
  • Strong background in heavy slab concrete and large concrete placements
  • Experience managing large site packages including earthwork and utilities
  • Proven ability to manage high-value subcontract scopes
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
  • OSHA 30 (preferred or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationwide

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with large distribution centers or logistics facilities
  • Background in large-scale site development
  • Experience coordinating crane operations for tilt-wall erection
  • Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar)
  • Experience working on projects exceeding $20M+

    What We Offer

  • Direct hire, full-time opportunity
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Travel per diem provided
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • Opportunity to work on large, high-profile industrial projects nationwide
  • Clear growth path within a growing organization
