A leading Birmingham-based general Contracting and Construction Management Company is willing to pay what it takes, plus benefits. This is an amazing and rare opportunity to become part of a successful team of project superintendents and project managers. This employee-centered construction company offers a competitive salary plus a full package of benefits. First year potential $90K+!


The Project Superintendent will coordinate and supervise work on-site, including subcontractor activity, safety, and schedule. Interact with clients regularly and work to build long-term relationships with clients.


5 years of experience leading commercial or multi-family construction. Will also consider an Assistant Superintendent or Assistant Project Manager looking for advancement into a leadership role. Must be able to read and accurately follow through on architectural and engineering drawings. Safety and OSHA guidelines. Bachelor's in Building Science or work experience.


65% travel around the US. Normal Hours: 7 - 4 Monday - Friday, home on the weekends!
